Emotions and Career Growth

From early 90s, the concept of Emotional Quotient (EQ) seems to have gained a lot of significance. The term EQ first appeared in a 1964 paper by Michael Beldoch and gained popularity in the 1995 book written by psychologist, and science journalist Daniel Goleman.  Today, you can even see toys that apparently help boost a child's emotional intelligence. "Your EQ is the level of your ability to understand other people, what motivates them and how to work cooperatively with them," says Howard Gardner, the influential Harvard theorist.  While there have been various theories of how IQ is more important than EQ, slowly there seems to be a shift in the recognition of the role EQ plays in career growth. People with high IQs do extremely well academically. However, experts have been lately of the opinion that IQ alone cannot do well.  "People with well-developed emotional skills are more likely to be content and effective in their lives, mastering the habits of the mind that foster their own productivity; people who cannot marshal some control over their emotional life fight battles that sabotage their ability for focused work and clear thought," said Goeman.  EQ will help you focus on long term goals  Instant gratification has become the order of the day. So, the one who stands out in the crowd, with the ability to delay gratification, will reap in greater benefits. People who are able to pay the price today and delay the rewards are much more likely to succeed in life.  EQ will help you get promoted  It is true that your IQ can get you the best job. However, to stay in a job and to work towards growth, you have to work on your emotions and understanding of people's emotions. Positive networking is very important to grow in a job.  EQ will help you have better personal relationships  Your emotional skills have a direct bearing on your relationships with others, not only at work place, even at a personal level. Your relationships personally determine how happy you stay, which indirectly affects your productivity at work place.  EQ will help you stay positive  A positive attitude is very important to motivate yourself to achieve greater heights. Despite having setbacks, you should know how to stay optimistic. Even if you lack in your IQ, your success drive, constant effort to improve and commitment towards your goals and organizational goals will take you to greater heights.

The Science of Friend Zone

Friend zone refers to a situation where there is a mismatch of romantic feelings between two individuals. The key to any good relationships is the presence of mutually-satisfying social exchange. In the case of friend zone, as pointed by J eremy Nicholson in his Psychology Today article , some have entered into an exchange that is not fair or equal. "The other person is getting everything he/she wants...but the person stuck in the friend zone is not fully satisfied. In a nutshell, the friend zoned person sold himself or herself short. 1. Bateman's principle  Bateman's principle is a concept in evolutionary biology which states that males are capable of producing millions of sperm cells with little effort, while females invest much higher levels of energy in order to nurture a relatively small number of eggs, due to which the female plays a significantly larger role in their offspring's reproductive success. Bateman's paradigm thus views females as the limiting factor of parental investment, over which males will compete in order to copulate successfully.  Essentially, what Bateman pointed out was that women are very picky compared to men in choosing a mating partner because they invest much higher resources and energy in reproduction compared to men.  2. Assortative mating  Now we have established the fact that it is females who make the call when it comes to picking a romantic partner. We should now look into the factors that influence one's decision in picking a mating or romantic partner. This is explained by something called assortative mating.  Assortative mating is a mating pattern and a form of sexual selection in which individuals with similar phenotypes mate with one another more frequently than would be expected under a random mating pattern. In humans, assortative mating is based on genetic factors, socioeconomic status, racial or ethnic background and religious beliefs.  3. Matching Hypothesis  The Matching Hypothesis developed by Elaine Hatfield in 1966 says that individuals who end up romantically linked to one another over time tend to match in their general level of desirable characteristics. Individuals who end up in good relationships often match each other in traits such as physical attractiveness, or education, or social status. Although there are exceptions, people tend to attract and mate with others who are similar to themselves, concludes the hypothesis.  Why does one get friend zoned?  One of the prominent reasons why people end up in the friend zone is that they are too afraid or passive to express their romantic interest. Many people approach someone they are attracted to as a friend since that carries less emotional risk. Essentially they are using friendship as a back channel for establishing a romantic relationship.

How to protect your Privacy Online?

The Internet is flooded with numerous trackers, advertisers & unwanted beacons placed on the web by advertising & information selling companies that are interested in your activity, including Google & Facebook. And we don’t know how they collect that information, use that information & even what that information consist of. So, here we are with answers to these numerous question and also how to block them if they affect your privacy. Why companies track your activity? Of course, they do it for money, they collect information about us & our interests then use that information to present some ads related to stuff we like and on the sites we visit. And there are now pop-up ads, ads with music and so on, there are many types of ads, but all have a common target to gain audience’s attention; to gain YOUR attention. How do they do that? They are just like e-drones that move along your every click, keeping an eye on all your internet activity. Remember, when you just checked an item on an e-shopping site and at just next site you will see numerous ads related to that item? This works according to due to their strategy to make you see the things again and again, and convince you to buy them. Even most of the Internet users feel anonymity while browsing, yet their extensive personal information is getting collected within seconds of your clicking on a site. Did this really affect us? If we read the Google’s privacy policy then we will find that this information consists private information including telephony log information,  device-specific information, cookies, name, email address, telephone number or credit card etc. And if we see how Google use that we can get a little satisfaction, but Internet is full of many other trackers beside the normal advertisers that can really affect your personal life & privacy. How to stop/ block them? Blocking any kind of trackers on the Internet is very easy with the help of this easy to use some software that have an ability to cull over 1,900 trackers and 2,300 tracking patterns. We can find a lot of software like that on the web, but I recommend you that you should always read the “Privacy Policies” rather than just ticking the box that says, “I have read and agree to the terms & conditions.” and you will face less crisis and will also tackle a lot of them. If you still have a problem, you can use software like Ghostery, Disconnect or Lightbeam.

Cyber Bullying: Why does it Happen?

We will discuss some important factors that work as the major causes of it. “Haters keep on hating, cause somebody’s gotta do it.”                                                                                                                   –Chris Brown Jealousy:  This the most common cause of Bullying. People think that you are better than them and when they can’t become be better, they try to bring you down, this is in human’s blood, so they just do it! False beliefs: Some of them believe that they are powerful, some think that others deserve that treatment. This often revolves around a person’s social or economic status and the society develops a stereotype thinking for some people which later turns out to become a BIG cause of bullying. Revenge: Some people will always feel unjustified by your actions and the reason for this can be tormenting from the past. And using cyberbullying, they want to have a sense of relief and vindication for what they experienced. So, watch your actions; make sure you don’t hurt others. Entertainment: This may sound weird, but many people practice cyber bullying just as a source of entertainment because they just want to add some excitement and drama to their lives. Symbol of Power: Many people does relate Cyber Bullying to power; they think that people who practice this are more powerful than others. They also think this a great social status and use Internet to express aggression and the mean girl behavior. Thank you for Reading!

Can your browser REALLY protect you from hackers?

Recently held “Pwn2Own hacking challenge” challenged security researchers to hack in major browsers and they were able to all major web browsers, taking home the cash prize of $240,000. It was the second day of the event when Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Apple Safari got exploited by the researchers. And the impressing thing was that one of them just took a little less than 1 second to exploit Firefox’s out-of-bounds memory vulnerability. Another researcher demonstrated three different browser exploits against IE 11, Chrome and Safari. So, what does this mean for you? This whole story seems to be dangerous and also put a big question mark on the face of the internet security. However, we should remember that these people were some of the best security workers from around the globe, so I would recommend you not to worry much. Still worried? Here are some tips for improving your Internet Security. Antivirus: Your digital life is full of attackers, hackers & viruses so you need an antivirus to protect it. Don’t make your personal life digital: Remember, internet is not a place where you can share or store ALL your personal information including PRIVATE pics, contacts & biodata. Fire up the PC: Turn up the firewall which is present in most of the Operating Systems by default; you just need to turn it on. Avoid public access: Going to the public internet cafes is not at all safe even if they give a great internet speed. When you are using a public PC, there is an added risk of losing your private Information along confidential data. And you have to depend on third party for your security & privacy; you can’t have your antivirus everywhere. Digital scams; attachments & downloads: Ever saw that Spam icon which you don’t care about, check it someday and you will find a bunch of Big & powerful promises and funny jokes, that are actually jokes on you. That all kind of stuff is considered as Spam and it can harm your PC along stealing your data. So whenever you get an email from an unknown or untrusted person always make sure that it’s not a hidden malware. Save your mobile: Nowadays, mobiles are the easiest & popular targets for the hackers, so make sure that you always password lock your phone and avoid storing your personal data on the device. And use the tip mentioned above for avoiding attackers from the emails that you receive in your cell phone. And if you’re engaged in mobile banking then you must have some backup security other than your bank’s protection, for which I suggest the powerful antiviruses like 360 Security.

Antivirus: Your digital life is full of attackers, hackers & viruses so you need an antivirus to protect it. (If you can’t protect it yourself).

The Best Strategy to Search for a Job

The template-like cover letter is too average to stand out in the job market. Little did I know at the time, but there is a very specific art to writing cover letters, and once learned, my cover letters, and my job prospects increased dramatically. A lot of us tend to write similar cover letters. We try to use a “one size fits all” policy, where our cover letters are adapted for each job, but generally relay the same information in a similar way. This is easy for us, but this strategy is unhelpful when we consider the job market as it truly is, and how to best write for it. What is little known, is that there are actually three different kinds of cover letters… The different kinds of cover letters are: invited cover letters, closed cover letters, and referral cover letters. The first of the three are the kind you will likely be most familiar with: Invited cover letter: a direct response to a job ad. They tend to be the easiest to write as the job advert may have given you some indication on what to cover. You need to provide accurate and detailed information about relevant experience and knowledge that you have, and explain how this experience and knowledge makes you a good fit for the job and the company. Extensive research into the company and its rivals is vital, this will show that you have carefully taken your time to write the cover letter and are passionate about the company. These forms of applications and job postings actually represent the minority of available jobs to apply for. Roughly only 20% of job postings are publicly known and advertised. To nail it: Take time to find out who the hiring manager is (it should say somewhere in the job posting). If you can’t find a name write something like ” Dear sir/madam” it should be pretty personal. Likewise tailor your letter for the company. Make sure you write down exactly what job you are applying for in the letter. Many people send exactly the same cover letter to different companies, and for different jobs. The hiring manager will be able to tell if this is what you did, and would think you don’t care about the job. Instant rejection. Be relatively brief and succinct, the whole cover letter should be no bigger than a normal A4 piece of paper, so only write relevant experience and tie it to the job. Make yourself seem like the only person in the world who will be able to do the job as well as you can. Proof read your work, put it aside, then proof it again, then have a friend go through it. If your letter is full of mistakes it will reflect badly on you. Basically, don’t do what I did once, and send a badly written, mistake filled cover letter for a job that requires you to write well. Closed cover letter: for jobs that are “hidden”. The invisible 80% available jobs are the “closed” section of the job market. These jobs there will be considerably less demand and competition for as they are so much harder to find. To apply for these jobs, you need to contact companies and employers directly and ask if there are any positions available. It is far cheaper and easier for companies to recruit internally or through people already on their radar. When companies put time, effort and money into posting a job advert, this can imply that they are having trouble filling an open position, not just that there is a position available. Therefore its important for you to become known to the company, you need to send a speculative cover letter. Unlike with invited cover letters, closed cover letters aren’t tailored to a specific job or role in the company as its likely you won’t know if there is such a role or position in the company which needs to be filled. Though it is important to give the company and the employer some indication of what your skills are and what you are best suited for. These cover letters and applications are often sent in cold, without knowledge if the company is hiring or what positions are available. However, you’re lucky you may know someone in the company who can give you some indication of what jobs are available. In which case you need to write a referral cover letter. To nail it: Unlike the invited cover letter, closed cover letters may be kept on file until a suitable position appears. This is important to consider when you are writing your cover letter. As I mentioned earlier, you don’t need to tie your skill set for a specific job, but you should still indicate what kind of roles you are after. Instead of explaining why you are applying for a specific job, explain why you are applying for a relevant job in that specific company. Explain what you like about it, why you want to be a part of it, and why they should hire you. Research all you can about the company and relate your experience and passions to that research. To get the job you want, go beyond putting information into a cover letter template. Identify the potential opportunities and work on a few tailor-made cover letters that can increase the chance of getting your dream job. Filling your information in a template just doesn’t work when it comes to making your cover letter stand out from others!

Women and the Internet | The Story

“You educate a man; you educate a man. You educate a woman; you educate a generation.” ― Brigham Young Today, we will learn about the mighty woman and how she uses the internet, also how safe is the internet for her usage. So, what’s the problem? The problem isn’t only that women are more likely to be treated badly on the web, but also that most of the women don’t take action against it. According to several research & surveys, women are more targeted in cyber crimes and due to this many ladies just don’t use the internet as they are afraid of it. Even if we check the tech industry, we will find that we’re missing out on the innovations and creations that the ladies our globe can make. So, the problem is not only the ways of treatment, but also the ways in which we react to it. If more women are tech geeks or at least have some good basics of its working they can make this place safer, not only for themselves, but for every internet user. What are its main causes? Coming to the causes of this problem there are various factors that we need to observe carefully: There are many pervs on the web: This was one of the comments that I got on the poll and I agree with the commentator. The internet is full of people that just use it for teasing others, the motive could be something serious or something crappy as flirting. But seriously this needs to be stopped! (Angry) They don’t fight back: Every time a woman receives a spam message from anyone she has a choice to ignore or make him realise his place, but unfortunately 4 out of every 5 women choose to just ignore the person. I believe that if they made at least one guy understand his mistake than no one else will dare to do something like that again. (Surprised) Lack of knowledge: If we talk about a particular country then there are more tech geek women in US who have that great knowledge that I can’t imagine, but when we see from the global view the is a scarcity of women are interested in the scene behind the working web. Many women use the web, but as compared the men only a few of them try to learn about the working of the internet or its security. (Sad) Lack of the resources:  The number of encouragements, the number of teachers and the number of resources to make people learn about the web is very low. If we check the today’s schools, their computer classes teach us Excel, word or sometimes one paragraph of antivirus. But the number of resources that can actually show us the real face of the internet and how it is affecting our life is very less. Due to this not only women, but everyone is highly affected. (Strange, but true.) The stereotype thinking: We keep on thinking that men are responsible for the safety of the women but in real the women are more responsible for their protection. I think that women don’t need these so called “strong” men for them, they can become independent if we stop treating them as inferior, even this article feels like that, but it is important as a wake-up call for them, whose motto is to make them realise the issues, their causes and some of the solutions. Let’s talk about the solutions: “We do not need to attend classroom training programmes for everything. Observation opens the windows of knowledge around us.”  Lend a hand to help: There are numerous computer bloggers and geeks like me here and if we all worked to teach others what we know we will be albe to bring a change. At starting is will be small, but it will gain power as it will spread by person to person like a viral disease; disease to be safe and make others safe too. (We are the Change!) World cheat the fools only: One of the commentators said that web is not safe for idiots or people who can’t handle themselves. She meant that internet is just like the real world economy; the game of the name. If we learnt about the psychology of this virtual world along with its working, we can easily fight back most of the convicts present out there. Sharing is Saving: Girls keep on sharing all the stuff with their gossip gals so, why not some techy girls or even boys share these things with their best buddies so that they can make their circles safe on the web. Using internet for the internet: What can’t we learn from the web? We can also use it for its own safety, Internet is full of blogs like ours where you can learn and also share things related to the web & its safety. Share & Solve: If we kept our problems hidden deep inside us then there will be no solution to them. You can share your problems with anyone you trust, it can be your friends, family members or anyone. You can also share your problems with us anonymously using our confession service. And if someone shares his/her problem with you, you can use your skills to solve their problem and together make the world safe. What else is important? Once we have ensured everyone’s safety it is important that we end their fear too. As I wrote above, some people don’t use internet because they are afraid of it, but if we want we can make them realise it is not something to fear, rather it is more useful than your maths teacher. There are many organisations like Google working to get the women, also men on the internet. We can also ask teach our known ones to try the internet of things for anything they want, from cooking recipes to husband repairing. .

Top 10 high paying part time Jobs for extra income

A great way to– somewhat–maintain your work independence and still survive financially is to work a part time job. Below is a list of 20 side hustles that can help supplement your income or sustain you between ventures:  Substitute Teaching I know, I know… substitute teaching is everyone’s nightmare. But, if you can get past the stigma and find a decent school district in your area, you could make quite a bit of dough. Subbing is a flexible, fairly well paying side job that doesn’t require a lot of time, money, energy or expertise to do. You do have to pass a background check, get fingerprinted, and supply references–but you will be working with children. As with tutoring, you are able to pick the age range of the students with which you will work. It is a great way to fill the gap if you find yourself between projects. Waiter/Waitress There’s a reason actors and musicians work in the restaurant business before they make it big– it pays the bills! You can make a pretty penny waiting tables. Earnings, of course are dependent on factors such as the type of restaurant, the location and the patronage. You usually earn a small minimum wage plus tips. And the best thing about tips is you get access to those immediately. The flexibility with this side gig isn’t quite as free-flowing as some others on this list but you can do it part-time and work your “real job” around this schedule. Web-designer If you are tech savvy, creative and understand the basic elements of web design, then this is the job for you. Start ups and new business ventures are being launched daily and one thing they all have in common is the need for a website. Designing and updating a website can be a time consuming headache for a small business owner, which is why web design is such a hot hustle right now. Do your research, set reasonable rates and put yourself out there! Virtual accountant/bookkeeper Similar to virtual assistants, accounting–especially for small businesses and startups–is becoming increasingly more of a part- time endeavor. Many small business and startups don’t have the resources to staff a full time accountant so they will hire a part-time virtual accountant. Qualifications and job experience vary with each position but jobs range from basic bookkeeping and accounting services (invoicing, reconciling, etc.) to more sophisticated services requiring a CPA certification. Nanny Being a nanny or providing child care is a great way to earn some extra cash. If you’re good with kids and have some other skill you can provide–even better! If you can help kids with their homework (tutor), cook nutritious meals, are crafty or can teach kids to play a sport, you can market these skills and set your rates a bit higher. As with anything involving children, you will need to pass a background check.  Personal Shopper This is another new and emerging trend in the realm of personal outsourcing. Busy people don’t have time to spend shopping for groceries, pet supplies and other household items–that’s where you come in. We live in an age where time truly is money and this is a great way to capitalize on it. Social Media Strategist If you have a knack for posting content that goes viral or if you have a large Instagram or Twitter following, social media strategist may be the part time job for you. Companies, small businesses and individuals looking to build their personal brand will pay you to post on their behalf and manage their online persona. You’re on social media all day anyway, so you might as well get paid for it. Photographer If you have an iPhone and an eye for detail, you could make some serious cash snapping pics. You don’t need a fancy camera, state-of-the-art equipment or a major platform to become a photographer. The average smart phone has a decent camera and free editing software is available. You can post your pictures on Instagram and market yourself via social media–all for free. All it takes is a bit of practice, tenacity and finding the right niche. Catering This is another side gig that lives and dies by word of mouth. If the food is good and the prices are reasonable–you will always have customers. If you love to cook or bake and have a great signature dish, you’re in business. Hand out free samples, generate some buzz and before you know it, you’ll have a sweet side gig going. Can’t cook? No problem. Catering services are always hiring servers and staff to help set up before and clean up after events. So even if you can’t cook and need some quick cask one weekend, check out local caterers in your area. Retail Working retail-part time is good for the pockets in a couple of ways. First you make money and second most stores offer great employee discounts. All you need is a few hours, a big smile, great interpersonal skills and a helpful attitude. Working retail is great if you prefer something a bit more structured and don’t want the hassle of trying to market yourself and drum up your own business. This list of part-time jobs won’t make you rich but these jobs will help you stay a float. And while this is an eclectic list of side hustles, they all have one thing in common. They all require you to work. If you need extra cash and are willing to put yourself out there, get your hands dirty and do a little work, you can earn some serious loot. Now get up and get to work!

Why do Muscle Cramps happen?

Muscle cramps can cause a lot of issues for sufferers. They can be very debilitating and in some cases can even pose a hazard. For example, you may be driving when these cramps strike, and if they affect your leg muscles your driving will naturally be affected. They can strike at night, which can cause issues with sleeping. They could even strike at work, which could pose another hazard depending on the type of work you do. Muscle Cramps = Uncontrolled Contraction of Muscles We need to learn how to tackle issues such as muscle cramps ourselves. To do this, it is important to have a better understanding of why muscle cramps occur and what might be causing them. In a nutshell, muscle cramps are caused by the involuntary contraction of muscles. They usually affect the calf muscles but they can strike elsewhere too. You may have heard these cramps referred to as ‘charley horses’. You will know when you experience a muscle cramp, as the muscles in the affected area become very tight, hard, and painful. You will actually be able to feel the spasms and the speed with which these cramps can strike can come as quite a shock. If you are a keen exerciser, you should bear in mind that cramps can occur many hours after exercising. Muscle Cramps Are Caused by Multiple Reasons There are a number of possible causes of muscle cramps, and it is important to familiarize yourself with these if you want to know how to prevent cramps. So, let’s take a look at some of the reasons why you may be experiencing cramps: Lack of circulation in the legs Exercising calf muscles too hard  Failing to stretch and warm up before exercising Being too active when temperatures are high Being dehydrated Muscle fatigue A deficiency of magnesium, potassium, or both An underlying cause such as a spinal issue or nerve problem A side effect of taking certain medications Interestingly, muscle cramps are very common but they are most common at night when you are sleeping. According to reports, 75 percent of muscle cramps are experienced at night. By familiarizing yourself with the possible causes, you can take certain steps to prevent muscle cramps. This could include drinking more water, warming up before exercises, and putting less strain on the muscles. When Muscle Cramps Strike, These Easy Exercises Help One of the things you will be keen to learn if you suffer from muscle cramps is how to treat them. Of course, prevention is the best medicine, and this is something we will look at. However, if you are suffering from muscle cramps the first thing you need to know is what action you can take to treat them and alleviate the pain. Below are some of the key solutions for treating muscle cramps: Do some stretching When you get muscle cramps, your muscle goes into involuntary spasms. This causes a lot of tightening, discomfort, and strain. When these cramps strike, you can try stretching the area. Simply drop and stretch the affected area to try and alleviate the cramps. Better still, if there is someone there with you it is worth getting the area massaged. This can help to quickly alleviate the spasms and discomfort. Try to relax It is natural when muscle spasms strike to try and push through the pain. However, this can often make the problem worse. Instead, try to relax and let the pain ease away. Simply take a break and wait for the spasm to pass rather than to risk making it worse by battling with it. Speak to your pharmacy You may find that anti-inflammatory treatments can help to tackle muscle spasms 2 . It is therefore worth taking a quick trip to the pharmacy to see if they can recommend anything. Some of the treatments available over the counter at pharmacies can help to ease the soreness that stems from muscle cramps. These are some of the simple but effective ways in which you can quickly treat muscle cramps and alleviate some of the symptoms.

How thinking life an Entrepreneur helps in life?

We just need to develop those skills and qualities even if we’re not building businesses. This is what Sorin V. Chiriac, Entrepreneur and Director of Business Development at REKZE Laboratories LLC thinks. It took him almost 10 long years of business entrepreneurship to value the life lessons he learned in his journey as an entrepreneur. He started as a tech entrepreneur and launched several successful start-ups. Later on, he switched his focus from technology to the cosmetics industry, and his company became sole importer and supplier of premium derma-cosmetics brands in the Eastern European market. Later on, he became Director of Business Development at REKZE Laboratories LLC. He believes entrepreneurship can be very enriching for personal development in particular and an entrepreneurial mindset2 can actually offer great benefits in your own daily life. Believe anything is possible. The first and most important lesson he can share is that you have to always believe anything is possible. This goes beyond the desire in your heart; it means that when you believe something is possible, it’s also doable. If something is doable, you have to focus on how to do it. This trains your mind to see solutions rather than problems and distinguish the priorities in your life. Take time to appreciate small accomplishments. As an entrepreneur, you’ll fail more times than you’ll remember and you’ll almost never see any rewards of your efforts overnight. Success takes time and, often, more than you thought. But entrepreneurship is also about the little steps like receiving a “Thank you” card from a client or your first sale. All great things are built slowly. It’s the same in life. When you start appreciating the small accomplishments, you also start to see things differently. You learn to be patient and learn to use what you have, rather than wait for what you don’t have. You learn to make things happen. Don’t do things alone. When we think about entrepreneurship, we envision something singular. Sharing your ideas and working alongside someone that shares the same beliefs can be very enriching and many times can help you find the needle in the hay of success. If there is something more that Sorin V. Chiriac learned from his entrepreneurial endeavors is that people you surround yourself with are essential for your success. They say if you’re the smartest in the room, you’re probably in the wrong room. Being at odds with someone challenging your ideas can be as constructive in life as it is in business. It’s the same for people supporting your ideas. Having someone believing in you at a time when you cannot find motivation is priceless. Most important: understand you can’t do it all. We need people to help you with little things so you can focus on a handful of your most important goals. Just do it. They say you don’t have to be a genius to be an innovator. Well, that’s perfectly accurate. Most of the ideas and inventions were not new. They became new when they hit the market. When you come up with an idea, the next step is to go for it and patent such an idea,3 or someone else will do it for you. This is valid in every aspect of life. Sometimes being first is better than being perfect.
